כללי General

תנאי שימוש אלה ("התנאים") מסדירים את השימוש בשירותי Shto! ("השירות"). השימוש בשירות מהווה הסכמה לתנאים אלה במלואם. אם אינך מסכים לתנאים, אנא הימנע משימוש בשירות. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of Shto! services ("the Service"). Using the Service constitutes full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree to the Terms, please refrain from using the Service.

השירות The Service

Shto! מספקת שירותי שיווק דיגיטלי אוטומטיים לעסקים, כולל אך לא מוגבל ל: בניית אתרים, ניהול רשתות חברתיות, קידום אורגני (SEO), PR ויחסי ציבור, וניהול מוניטין. Shto! provides automated digital marketing services for businesses, including but not limited to: website development, social media management, SEO, PR and media relations, and reputation management.

Shto! שומרת לעצמה את הזכות לשנות, להשעות או להפסיק כל היבט של השירות בכל עת, עם הודעה מראש של 30 יום. Shto! reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with 30 days' prior notice.

תשלום וביטול Payment & Cancellation

• • ביטול אפשרי בכל עת — ללא קנסות יציאהCancellation possible at any time — no exit penalties
• • הביטול ייכנס לתוקף בסיום תקופת החיוב הנוכחיתCancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• • אין החזרים כספיים על תקופות שכבר שולמוNo refunds for periods already paid
• • תשלומים מעובדים באמצעות Stripe בצורה מאובטחתPayments processed securely via Stripe

קניין רוחני Intellectual Property

התוכן שנוצר עבורך במסגרת השירות (פוסטים, אתרים, גרפיקות) הוא רכושך לאחר תשלום מלא. תוכן שנוצר על בסיס תוכן שסיפקת נשאר בבעלותך. Content created for you as part of the Service (posts, websites, graphics) is your property upon full payment. Content created based on content you provided remains your ownership.

Shto! שומרת על זכויות קניין רוחני בפלטפורמה, בטכנולוגיה ובמתודולוגיות העבודה שלה. Shto! retains intellectual property rights in its platform, technology, and work methodologies.

הגבלת אחריות Limitation of Liability

Shto! לא תישא באחריות לנזקים עקיפים, מקריים או תוצאתיים. האחריות הכוללת של Shto! לא תעלה על הסכום ששולם עבור השירות ב-3 החודשים שקדמו לאירוע המקים עילת תביעה. Shto! shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Shto!'s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Service in the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

דין חל וסמכות שיפוטית Governing Law & Jurisdiction

תנאים אלה כפופים לדיני מדינת ישראל. כל מחלוקת תידון בבתי המשפט המוסמכים במחוז תל-אביב-יפו. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts of the Tel Aviv-Jaffa district.
